At the same time, the segment assembly manufacturer put forward the four-point ruler review method, developed a new measuring component combination device, put forward the measurement accuracy requirements in the prefabrication process, to ensure the accurate positioning of the measurement point, reduce the measurement error.

In addition, the segment assembly also puts forward the construction technology of pier top block shaft system exchange, which changes from the traditional control axis deviation to the horizontal rotation of the pier top block, and puts forward the accuracy requirements in the installation and measurement process, which improves the closing accuracy and construction efficiency.

In summary, the analysis of the "man, machine, material, method, ring" and other factors in the process of segmental assembly construction, the warning parameters of the key structure of the bridge erecting machine are defined, and the four-dimensional matrix 4DM safety supervision system is developed to improve the safety of the assembly construction process, and the economic and social benefits are good, and the application prospect is very broad. Achievements reached the international advanced level. After review by the expert group, the participating experts unanimously agreed that the project of "short-term matching method segment prefabrication and assembly technology research" passed the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements.
