Automatic hydraulic internal mould-Hangzhou Bay Bridge

The 50m internal mould of box girder is applied to Hangzhou Bay Bridge Project. According to the direction of the length, the internal model of the prefabricated box-girders in Hangzhou Bay Bridge beach areas consist of three sections: standard section (the middle of the beam), variable cross-section (beam web thicken) and orifice beam, in which the standard section and the variable cross-section is hydraulic internal model, the demolition and installation of internal template will be done with the hydraulic driven system and mechanical movements.

Automatic hydraulic internal mould of 60m box girders developed by Sanbo specially for 60m box girders is a new internal model system. The automatic hydraulic control internal model can expend and shrink, designed to move in overall, out separately, and the shrinkage rate of the internal model is 56.4%. The internal model consists of standard section and variable cross section, two sections and 12 sub-sections. Hydraulic drive can reduce the labor intensity, shorten the time of work, and improve efficiency.

Zhoushan Project--Jin Tang Bridge

Automatic hydraulic internal mould of 32m,24m box beam is mainly applied to high speed railway projects.Its features are full-hydraulic synchronizer in control, reliable in system characters, well-driven by synchronizer, reasonable in structure. It works automatically by hydraulic system. The effect of the concrete after removing the form is quite good.

FT Parameter List

On construction of Beijing-Tianjin Railway Project, Sanbo has designed and manufactured the continuous-beam formwork traveler specially for the over five-ring road Bridge. Such equipment kept the ring roads of this area from being affected during the construction period. Formwork travelers are the main equipments in balanced cantilever construction.

In accordance with the technological requirements of the cantilever construction and the construction environment, the rhombic formwork traveler was selected for this over-5th ring Bridge.

Rhombus Formwork Traveler is simple in structure, convenient in assembly, fixing and disassembly, and it takes no  road space when under construction . It is the first time to use Rhombus Formwork Traveler to finish the Bridge Construction in Beijing.

The rhombic formwork traveler consists of main frames, launching system, bottom supports, inner & outer formwork, front beams, rear trusses, cross arm, anchor fitting and so on.

In order to avoid the formwork traveler’s inelastic deformation, a ground loading test was made in factory, and then on jobsite.

The rhombic formwork traveler is light in weight. So that it was easy to be manufactured, assembled, moved, and disassembled. Such characters of the FT reduced construction costs in a certain extent.  

The rhombic formwork is simple in structure, reliable in operation. The whole formwork traveler was designed in rhombic shape and sustained center was over the deck. In that case, it supplies more operating space for construction.

On October 22th,2006, the first concrete casting gets a successful performance on the jobsite of ShiTai(Shijiazhuang-Tai yuan) intercity passenger special line (contractor: Bureau No.22, CRCC). The MSS entire hydraulic inner form used on this project was made by SANBO.

For the time being, the inner form of MSS is usually formed by segmentations at home and abroad. It is the first time that moving in and out the form as a whole on a 32m-long beam in the world. The MSS, on a finished pier, can perform a piece of beam casting through a series of working procedures .The processes goes as follows: template adjustment -- reinforced lashing -- concrete pouring -- curing -- inner form removing--tensioning--outer form removing.

It is light in weight, full-hydraulic synchronizer in control, reliable in system characters, well-driven by synchronizer, reasonable in structure. It works automatically by hydraulic system. The effect of the concrete after removing the form is quite good. It can save 30% of time.

The Yehe Bridge is 1689 m in total , with 52 spans, 52 piers,. The highest pier will be 39.5 meters tall after finished.

The retaining walls and cover formworks ,which are designed and manufactured by Sanbo , are reasonalble in design configuration, reliable in operation. The Sanbo products can assure a good appearance after mould unloading.

Qinshen Passenger Express,with tatal length of 404.64km,toatal investment of 15.7 billion CNY,was started in August 1999 and finished in 2003. Sanbo participated in the formwork disigne & manufacture for part of this project, shuch as Yueyahe Bridge,Dalinghe Bridge and Liushutun Bridge.

As part of the longest railway passenger transport  line of China, Yueya River Big Bridge is 10263.26m . It’s called “The 1st railway in Asia” The design speed is 200km .It has 418 piers.
