South-to-North Water Diversion Project - Hutuohe Inverted Siphon

In 2004,Sanbo contracted to undertake the Fully Automatic Hydraulic Liner Trolley for Hutuohe Inverted Siphon Project of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project-one of the state’s key projects. Hutuohe Inverted Siphon Project is situated in Zhengding County,Hebei Province,which is the first project to be kicked off in the Jing-Shi Section of the South-to-North Water Diversion Emergency Water Supply Project. The inverted siphon pipe adopts three-hole one-connection reinforcement concrete box type construction. Project use of the liner trolley has proven that fully automatic hydraulic liner trolley is featured by good grouting quality,quick formwork installation and removal,good results,easy operation and high degree of safety and reliabilty. Use of this product has overcome shortcomings of traditional formwork grouting,thus bringing about another major breakthrough and leap in concrete construction technology.

South-to-North Water Diversion Project - Tanghe Inverted Siphon

Being one of the state’s key projects,South-to-North Water Diversion Tanghe Inverted Siphon Project is situated in Hebei province. This project includes three parallel tunnels which were grouted section by section. According to the construction requirements,Sanbo desigoned a belt type concrete distributor,and the concrete delivery equipment adopted triple-track self walking main girder truss design. After being used in the project,the distributor was highly spoken of by the construction company. This product is featured by wide distribuing range,simple construction,high degree of safety and practical and convenient use.

Donghai Sea Bridge is composed of two big-span cable-stayed bridges, four pre-stressed continuous beam bridges, lots of approach bridges and a bank between 2 islands.

Unlike bridge erection machines used in other projects in the past ,which were used just to place the prefabricated beams on the bridge ,the launching girder used for this project has formworks inside to allow for rebar bundling  and concrete pouring and ramming .Furthermore ,800T launching girder can also walk automatically to build the bridge structure concrete .This is the first time to in China in supplication of the builder technology and it is also the rare case all over the world.

The large volume box beams used for Qin –Shen passenger Expressway (Yueya River Bridge) already completed as well as the East Sea Bridge and Hangzhou Bay Cross-sea Bridge under construction have adopted complete cell prefabrication technology for the first time in China. Large volume box beam complete cell prefabrication process is very complicated and its quality standard is always higher than conventional design and construction codes.

Zhou shan Project---Automatic hydraulic internal model of 60m box girders developed by Sanbo specially for 60m box girders is a new internal model system. The automatic hydraulic control internal model can expend and shrink, designed to move in overall, out separately, and the shrinkage rate of the internal model is 56.4%. The internal model consists of standard section and variable cross section, two sections and 12 sub-sections. Hydraulic drive can reduce the labor intensity, shorten the time of work, and improve efficiency.

On November 27th,2006, the first 60m & 1575-ton box beam of IV-E contract section ,Jintang Bridge was succesfully precasted.

Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Express Railway :Tianjin precast yard

Beijing –Tianjin(Jing-Jin) Intercity Express Railway is the first Intercity Express Railway up on the point of operation in China .It’s an important component part of the BOhai Sea-surrounded Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Area Traffic Net as well as a shortcut of connecting Beijing and Tianjin .It stretches from the Beijing South Railway  Station in the east ,along the Beijing-Tianjin –Tanggu Highway to Yangcun and ends at Tianjin Station.  Jing-jin Railway is designed with a full length of 115.4Km and highest speed of 350Km/h.The project is expected to be completed in 2007 and put into operation in June 2008.

Precast beam was poured On April 8th 2006 and bailed on April 16th 2006.The internal formwork stripping was done in 30 minutes.The box beam was highly appraised by the owners after various data detection and was regarded as the No.1 of all through the whole line box beams  comparison.

The box beam with 850T,32M is currently the biggest railway box beam in China. Compared to the Qingshen Passenger Express Railway started in 1999, this  project requires higher standards in both performance and service life . The box beams used in Qinshen Railway are of 24m length while the concrete box beams in Jing-Jin Railway are of high performance .The service life is expected to be 100 years .

Beijing-Tianjin intercity rail——(No.7 Beam Yard)

No.7 beam field of China Railway Bridge Bureau Beijing-Tianjin intercity rail is in the Tongzhou District of Beijing, the Beijing-Tianjin intercity railway controlling project. The No.7 beam field provided 140 ballastless-track post-tensioned simple box girder that include four beam-type: 32 meters, 20 meters and 24 meters high and low beams.

On November 26 th ,the first batch of complete cell double-track box beams with the length of 32m were successfully erected at Quanjiao precast yard of He-Ning Railway,Which emblematized the naissance of the first trial box beam with the tonnage of 900t used in passenger special line in China. Sanbo undertook the design and fabrication of precast beam formwork with 32m, 24m in set and concrete evener.

On March 19 th 2006 ,the No.32Q001 box beam with a tonnage of 900 was steadily placed on piers, which comes up to the required standards of erecting. It emblematized the successful erecting of the first box beam with the length of 32m and the tonnage of 900t at He-Ning Railway.

 

The leaders from Ministry of Railways , Anhui province ,Shanghai Railway Bureau and Hening –Railroad etc have seem the whole process. Lu Chunfang ,the vice minister of Ministry of Railways, even came to the bridge beaming and watched the joint part between the pier and the beam .He said that the erecting of the first complete cell double-track box beam with the tonnage of 900t opened up a new prospect of concrete Railway bridge constructions and accumulates a wealth of experience for domestic passenger special lines. .He-Ning Railway Project ,which is the No.1rank of double track high is a key part of the state’s personal rapid transit net with a total construction length of 166Km and the designed speed of 200Km/h for passenger transport and 120Km /h for freight. After buildingup , the railway operation mileage from Hefei to Nanjing will be shortened from the current length of 312Km to 154Km and the time will be shortened from 4 hours to about 1 hour.

Hefei-Wuhan intercity express rail is the important component of the new Shanghai-Han-Rong channel of national planning for A degree double lane railway. The overall length is 409 km,with a total investment of 16 billion CNY. It is the first passenger and goods lane railway designed for need of passenger lane with the speed of above 200km in China. The lane will be reserved speed of 250 km, completed in 2008.

Fuxia intercity high-speed rail is a long-term plan for China Railway "eight vertical and eight horizontal" main coastal fast rail crossing an important component of and a total length of 275km. Is a client-based, balanced passenger and freight network Quick Link Railway. Design Section passenger train speed of 200 km / hour, with total planned investment of 12.42 billion yuan, built in 2009.

 

Railway 21 Bureau build the railway station of Fuxia former Section III project, a total length of 68.821 km. A total of 564 post-tensioned box girder  and simple two-hole (32 meters box girder, 561 holes, 24 m box girder three holes). Jinjiang Bridge  is the key control projects.

On October 22th,2006, the first concrete casting gets a successful performance on the jobsite of ShiTai(Shijiazhuang-Tai yuan) intercity passenger special line (contractor: Bureau No.22, CRCC). The MSS entire hydraulic inner form used on this project was made by SANBO.

For the time being, the inner form of MSS is usually formed by segmentations at home and abroad. It is the first time that moving in and out the form as a whole on a 32m-long beam in the world. The MSS, on a finished pier, can perform a piece of beam casting through a series of working procedures .The processes goes as follows: template adjustment -- reinforced lashing -- concrete pouring -- curing -- inner form removing--tensioning--outer form removing.

It is light in weight, full-hydraulic synchronizer in control, reliable in system characters, well-driven by synchronizer, reasonable in structure. It works automatically by hydraulic system. The effect of the concrete after removing the form is quite good. It can save 30% of time.

Qin-Shen

Qin-Shen Passenger Express Railway is the emblematic project with the highest hierarchy of skill and most innovations of the railroading programs in China , which stretches from Qinhuangdao in the west and to Shenyang North Station in the east.In this project, super-length seamless laying in one shot is adopted. The longest section is 188Km. It’s a key project of the national “The Ninth Five - Year Program ”.It was commenced on August 16 th 1999 and was completed in 2003 . Qin-Shen Passenger Express Way has a total length of 406.6Km with a total investment of RMB 15.7 billion yuan .The design speed is up to 200Km .

Shield lining segment

The shield lining segments are used on the digged subway tunnels after assembled. Six pieces will make a round circle. It protects the finished subway tunnels from collapse.The surface of segment is smooth and appears in offwhite.
