  Recently , Sanbo designed and produced a new type of concrete spreader which is specially used for high speed railway Ⅰtype panel. It solved the problems of uneveness and non-quantitativeness in concrete transporting. And its capacity factor is 50% higher than the traditional silo’s.

This equipment can transport concrete quantitatively through Mixing plant and then transport the concrete spreader to slab track workshop by fork, put the spreader above slab track mould by crane. As power is supplied, the spreader distributes the concrete on the slab track evenly. With this way, the concrete would be placed into slab track mould quantitatively and averagely. This design can save hours of work and the concrete consumption, and it is also easily operated.2-3 workers can finish the concrete distribution within 1or 2 minutes.
