Beijing-Tianjin intercity Railway——Beijing Beam Yard(No.2 beam yard)

Beijing-Tianjin intercity passenger line is believed to be the first high-standard passenger line with the speed of 350km per hour. This rail total length is 115.4km, whole line involves seven prefabricated beam fields, Sanbo design and manufacture the prefabricated box girder template of three of them: China Railway 22 Bureau (No, 4 beam field), China Railway 4 Bureau (No, 2 beam field) and China Railway Bridge Bureau (No, 7 beam field).The project will be complicated in 2007, and open to traffic in 2008.

Beijing-Tianjin intercity rail No.2 beam field of China Railway 4th Bureau is in the Tongzhou District of Beijing, mainly responsible for 342 hole 900-ton ballastless track high-speed railway double lane simple box girders of the Liangshui River Bridge of Beijing-Tianjin intercity rail.Beam transport overall technology is used, the service life is above 100 years.

The first beam of No.2 beam yard was casted on April 14th, adn mould unloaded on April 17th.

No.7 beam yard of China Railway Bridge Bureau Beijing-Tianjin intercity rail is the controlling project of Beijing-Tianjin intercity railway. The No.7 beam yard provided 140 ballastless-track post-tensioned simple box girder that include four beam-type: 32 meters, 20 meters and 24 meters high and low beams.

On March 22nd, the first 32m prefabricated box beam of No.7 beam yard was casted .

Beijing-Tianjin intercity Railway——Tianjin Beam Yard(No.4 beam yard)

The No.4 beam yard is located in Wuqing District, Tianjin. It is mainly responsible for spot prefabricated big box girder with 715 holes and the length of 32m of the Yangcun No 1 Bridge. Of 7 beam fields in the whole line, the beam field is the largest one, also the largest railway spot prefabricated girder field in current China.  

On April 8th, the first 32m prefabricated box beam of No.4 beam yard was casted.

The 32m box girder template produced by Sanbo won the first prize in beam competition, Beijing-Tianjin intercity railway owners have given the high evaluations.This project include 4 beam-type: 32m,20m and 24meters high and low beams.

Overall length of the Zhoushan Island Link Project is 48km.it needs to build 5 ocean-crossing bridges, in all the Zhoushan Island Link Project, JinTang Bridge is the most imprtant one, investment of which is the largest. JinTang Bridge is third domestic long cross-sea bridge after the Donghai Bridge and Hangzhou Bay Bridge, its total length is 26.54km,in which the part of the bridge over sea is 18.415km,the other 14.1km part of the bridge is 60m crossing pre-stressed continuous concrete box girder. The IV-E contract of Jin tang Bridge requires 470 pieces of precast box beam with a length of 60m.  Two-way four-lane highway standard is used in the full range of this project, with a total investment of 7.69 billion Yuan. Zhoushan Island Link project will be completed in 2008, and open to traffic in 2009.

On November 27th,2006, the first 60m & 1575-ton box beam of Jintang Bridge was succesfully precasted.

On February 9th,the first 60m box beam of Jintang Bridge was successfully erected, of which sling height No.1 in china and hoisting weight No.2.

On September 21, 2006, test of static load bending of the first domestic 32m pre-tensioned pre-stressed concrete double track whole hole box girder designed and produced by Sanbo, succeed in Quanjiao beam field of the Hefei-Nanjing intercity railway.

Features of pre-tensioned pre-stressed concrete box girder are short cycle, simple process, saving material and small maintenance workload and higher economic and social value.

Hefei-Nanjing intercity express railway is the first passenger lane designed with the speed of 250 km per hour. Its prefabrication and erecting is the first time in history of China’s railway constructions.

Hefei-Nanjing Railway Quanjiao beam field is responsible for test, manufacture, erection and bridge surface system construction of 442 pieces of prefabricated pre-tensioned concrete simple box girder of Xian-Nanjing rail Hefei to Nanjing project, in which there are 118 pieces of 32m straight box girder, 324 pieces of 24m straight box girder, 9 pieces of trial girder(3 pieces of 32m with pretension, 3 pieces of 32m with post-tensioned and 3 pieces of 24m with pretension).

The first set of 32m box beam was successfully casted with Sanbo Formwork on October 26th,2005 。

On March 19th, the first 32m & 900 ton doubleline box beam was successfully erected.

Guangzhou-Zhuhai

Guangzhou-Zhuhai intercity express rail transit project is one of the main framework in the Pearl River Delta rail network, with total investment of 18.19 billion Yuan, whole length of 115.625 km, this railway designed for the double track passenger lanes with the speed of 200km/h and above, will be completed in 2008.  

Jiangmen beam field of the Guangzhou-Zhuhai intercity express rail have six categories, including single girder, single lane double boxes, two lanes three boxes, double lane four boxes, double lane seven boxes girders etc. The maximum height of box girder can reach 389 tons and the minimum height can reach 134 tons.

Guangzhou-Zhuhai project department of the China Railway Bridge Bureau new transportation Company is mainly responsible for prefabrication of the box girder with ZH-2 standard,44.bkm,2266 beam, and erecting 2879 box girders; Prefabricated, installation of ballastless track plate 90.927 kilometers of construction task. Jiangmen beam field is mainly responsible for prefabricated erection task of 1070 box girder from main span west to the new spot of ZH-2 standard Xijiang River Bridge.

The first 32m prefabricated box beam was precasted on Jiangmen beam yard(CREJ) on April. 20th,2007.

Hefei-Wuhan

Hefei-Wuhan intercity express rail is the important component of the new Shanghai-Han-Rong channel of national planning for A degree double lane railway. The overall length is 409 km, with a total investment of 8.706 billion Yuan. Ti is the first of passenger and goods lane railway designed for need of passenger lane with the speed of above 200km in China. Fuxia intercity high-speed rail is a long-term plan for China Railway "eight vertical and eight horizontal" main coastal fast rail crossing an important component of and a total length of 275km. Is a client-based, balanced passenger and freight network Quick Link Railway. Design Section passenger train speed of 200 km / hour, with total planned investment of 12.42 billion yuan, built in 2009.

China Railway 21 Bureau build the railway station of Fuxia former Section III project, a total length of 68.821 km. A total of 564 post-tensioned box girder  and simple two-hole (32 meters box girder, 561 holes, 24 m box girder three holes). Jinjiang Bridge  is the key control projects

Wuhan-Guangzhou

(China Railway Bureau No.4) Wuhan-Guangzhou railway part covers 238 acres 9 bridge beam task and a total of 330 prefabricated  box dual porosity in which 32m beams 305 holes and 24m beams 25holes

Hydraulic internal model used hydraulic shrink the overall template, it is made of 5 parts and assembled by  two 40 tons of doors hanging onto the overall scale and Sub outflow.
