Hangzhou Bay Bridge

The Hangzhou Bay Bridge has a total length of 36km. The bridge is designed as a two-way six-lane expressway with a design speed of 100 km/h and a design service life of 100 years. The total investment is about 11.8 billion yuan. Except for the south and north channels, the other approach bridges adopt a prestressed concrete continuous box girder structure ranging from 30 to 80m. The bridge was completed in 2008 and opened to traffic in 2009.

A total of 404 50m full-hole box girders will be prefabricated for Hangzhou Bay Sea-crossing Bridge. The box girders will be erected on 202 platforms in 10.10km shallow beach area, plus 0.38km of cast-in-situ bridge section. The X Project Department of China Railway Second Bureau will complete the construction task of 29.1% of the total length of the bridge.

On December 26, 2004, the first 50m prefabricated box girder of Hangzhou Bay Bridge was successfully injected.

On July 28, 2005, the first 50m box girder in the tidal flat area of the south approach bridge of Hangzhou Bay Bridge was successful.

Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Railway-Beijing Beam Yard (No. 2 Beam Yard)

The Beijing-Tianjin intercity rail transit passenger dedicated line has a speed of 350km per hour and is a high-grade passenger dedicated line with a total length of 115.km. There are seven prefabricated beam yards in the whole line. Sanbo has undertaken the design and manufacture of prefabricated box girder formwork for the following three beam yards: China Railway No.22 Bureau (No.4 beam yard), China Railway No.4 Bureau (No.2 beam yard) and China Railway Bridge Bureau (No.7 beam yard). The project was completed in 2007 and put into operation in 2008.

China Railway Fourth Bureau Beijing-Tianjin Intercity 2# deep field, mainly bearing the Beijing-Tianjin-City Railway Liangshui River Bridge 342 hole 900 tons of non-track high-speed railway double-line simply supported box girder, using the overall beam transport technology, the service life of 100 years.

On April 14, 2006, the first precast beam of No.2 beam making yard was poured and demoulded on April 17.

Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Railway-Beijing Beam Yard (No. 7 Beam Yard)

The high-grade passenger dedicated line with a speed of 350km per hour for Beijing-Tianjin intercity rail transit passenger dedicated line has a total length of 115.4km and a total of seven deep yards. Sanbo has undertaken the design and production of prefabricated box girder formwork for the following three beam yards: China Railway 22nd Bureau (No.4 beam yard), China Railway 4th Bureau (No.2 beam yard) and China Railway Bridge Bureau (No.7 beam yard). The project was completed in 2007 and put into operation.

The No. 7 beam-making yard of Beijing-Tianjin intercity rail of China Railway Bridge Bureau is the control part project of Beijing-Tianjin intercity railway. The No. 7 beam yard will provide 140 prestressed simply supported box girders without post-tensioning with the track for Beijing-Tianjin rail transit project, including 4 beam types of 32 meters, 20 meters, 24 meters high and low beams.

On March 22, 2007, the first 32-meter precast box girder of No. 7 beam making yard was poured.

Beijing-Tianjin Intercity Railway-Tianjin Beam-making Yard (No. 4 Beam-making Yard)

The high-grade passenger dedicated line with a speed of 350km per hour for Beijing-Tianjin-Chengyuan Rail Transit Passenger Dedicated Line has a total length of 115.4km. There are a total of 10 prefabricated beam yards on the whole line. The design and production of prefabricated box girder formwork for the following two beam yards are carried out: China Railway No.22 Bureau (No.4 Beam Yard), China Railway No.4 Beam Yard (No.2 Beam Yard) and China Railway Bridge Bureau. The project was completed in 2007 and put into operation in 2008.

The Beijing-Tianjin Beam-making Field of China Railway 22nd Bureau is located in wuqing district, Tianjin. The deep field covers a total area of 398.97 mu and is mainly responsible for the on-site prefabrication of 715 holes (900 tons and 32 meters long box girders of Yangcun No.1 Super Bridge.

On April 8, 2006, the first 32-meter box girder of Beijing-Tianjin No.4 beam yard was submerged.

On August 6, 2006, through expert testing, it was confirmed that the pre-stressed mixed soil simply supported box girder produced by Tianjin deep field was 350 kilometers per hour without post-tensioning with the track of 32 meters, and the static load test was successful.

The 32m box girder formwork designed and produced by Sanbo won the first place in the beam output appraisal of the whole line, and was highly appraised by the owners of Beijing-Tianjin intercity railway. This project includes 32 meters, 20 meters and 24 meters high, low beam, a total of 4 kinds of beam type.

Zhoushan Island Connection Project -60 m Precast Box Girder Formwork

Zhoushan Island Project has a total length of 48 kilometers and needs to build five sea-crossing bridges. Jintang Bridge is the third longest sea-crossing bridge in China after Donghai Bridge and Hangzhou Bay Sea-crossing Bridge, with a total length of 26.54 kilometers, of which the sea-crossing part is 18.415 kilometers long and 14.1 kilometers is a 60-meter span stress concrete continuous box girder bridge. The IV-E contract section of Jintang Bridge requires a total of 60-meter box girder 470 pieces, zhoushan Island Project was completed at the end of 2008 and opened to traffic in 2009. The 60-meter beam full-automatic hydraulic internal mold is a brand-new internal mold system developed by Sanbo for the 60-meter box beam of Jintang Bridge. The system adopts full-automatic hydraulic control template collection and release, and the whole is used in and out in sections. The shrinkage rate of the internal mold is 56.4. The internal mold is divided into two parts: quasi-cross-sectional section and variable surface section, totaling 12 sections. It is driven by full hydraulic pressure, which can reduce labor intensity, shorten working time and improve work efficiency. On October 8, 2006, the 6-meter segment process test beam of Jintang Bridge of Zhoushan Island Project was successfully poured.

On November 27, 2006, the first 60-meter single-weight 1575-ton box girder of Jintang Bridge of Zhoushan Island Project was successfully prefabricated. On February 9, 2007, the first 60-meter box girder of Jintang Bridge was successfully erected.

Hening Intercity Railway -32, 24 m Precast Box Girder

The Hefei-Nanjing intercity express railway is a passenger dedicated line with a design speed of 250 kilometers per hour. Sanbo Company has undertaken the design and manufacture of 32m and 24m double-track full-hole box girders for the line, which are prefabricated and erected. Hefei-Nanjing Railway Quanjiao Girder Factory undertook the testing, manufacturing, erection and bridge deck construction tasks of 441-hole prefabricated prestressed concrete simply-supported box girder for Hefei-Nanjing Project of the newly-built Xi 'an-Nanjing Railway. Among them, 32m box girder has 118 holes, 24m box girder has 3243 holes, and test girder has 9 holes (3 holes 32m pre-tensioned, 3 holes 32m post-tensioned and 3 24m post-tensioned).

On October 26, 2005, the 32m box girder template designed and manufactured by Sanbo and the first set of 32m box girder of Hening Express Railway were successfully poured.

On March 19, 2006, the 900-ton box girder marked 32Q001 was erected in place as required, marking the successful erection of the first 32m and 900-ton double-line whole-hole box girder of the Hefei-Nanjing Express Railway.

Pre-tensioned precast box girder

On September 21, 2006, the static load bending test of the 32m pre-tensioned prestressed concrete double-line whole-hole box girder designed and manufactured by Sanbo for the first hole of the domestic railway was successfully completed in the full pepper deep field of the HeNing intercity railway.

Pretensioned prestressed concrete box girder has the characteristics of short construction period, simple process, material saving, small maintenance workload and so on, and has high economic and social value.

Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Passenger Dedicated Line -32 m Precast Box Girder

The Guangzhou-Shenzhen section of the Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong passenger dedicated line starts from New Guangzhou Station and goes through Dongguan and Fangmen to New Shenzhen Station (Longhua). The total length of the line is 105 kilometers. The railway grade is passenger dedicated line, and the number of downlines is double. Design speed target value: 350 km/h for the offline part and 250 km/h for the online part, with a total project investment of 16.7 billion yuan.

Sanbo and Beijing China Railway Tianrui Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. jointly contracted the task of 32-meter double-line single-hole prefabricated simple-supported box girder formwork for Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Passenger Dedicated Line, with a total of seven sets of outer formwork and five sets of inner formwork. The project was all processed on site and technicians were stationed on site.

According to the "Medium and Long-term Railway Network Planning", by 2020, the railway operating mileage of Guangdong Province will reach 4,500 kilometers.

Guangzhou-Zhuhai Intercity Fast Track -32 m Precast Box Girder

The Guangzhou-Zhuhai Intercity Rapid Rail Transit Project is one of the main frameworks of the Pearl River Delta Road transportation network, with a total investment of 18.19 billion yuan. The total length of the line is 115,625 line kilometers. The line is designed as a double-line passenger dedicated line with a driving speed of 200 km/h and above. It was completed in 2008.

There are six types of girders in Jiangmen deep field of Guangzhou-Zhuhai intercity fast track, including single-track girder, single-track double-box, double-track three-box, double-track four-box, double-track seven-box girder, etc. The heaviest box girder is 389 tons and the lightest box girder is 134 tons.

The Guangzhu Project Department of Xinyun Company of China Railway Second Bureau mainly undertakes the construction task of prefabricating 2266 pieces of box girders with 44.8 kilometers and erecting 2879 pieces of box girders with 90.927 kilometers of trackless slab in the bid section of Guangzhou-Zhuhai intercity ZH-2. Jiangmen Beam-making Yard is mainly responsible for the prefabrication and erection of 1070 box girders from the west of the main span of Xijiang Bridge on the ZH-2 standard branch line to Xinwill Station.

On April 20, 2007, the first 32m precast box girder of Guangzhou-Zhuhai intercity rail transit project was successfully poured in Jiangmen beam yard of Xinyun Company of China Railway Second Bureau.

On April 27, 2007, the first 32m prefabricated box girder was molded in Jiangmen beam-making yard of Xinyun Company of China Railway Second Bureau.

Hewu Intercity Railway -32 m, 24 m Precast Box Girder

The Hewu Intercity High-speed Railway is an important part of the new Shanghai-Hanrong Corridor planned by the state. It is a double-track railway with a total length of 409 kilometers and a total investment of 8.706 billion yuan. It is a passenger and freight railway with a speed of more than 200 kilometers per hour and completely designed according to the configuration of the passenger dedicated line. The line will reserve the traffic conditions of 250 kilometers per hour and 120 kilometers per hour for trucks. It will be completed in 2008. The floating river beam yard of Hewu railway constructed by China Railway 24th Bureau has a total of 32m ballasted whole box beam 225 holes prefabricated, with a contract period of 24 months and a total cost of 0.144 billion yuan.

The Hewu intercity high-speed railway passenger dedicated line is a special line for China to adopt international standards and hire a German supervision company to monitor the quality of the project. Through quality acceptance, China Railway 24th Bureau gave Sanbo: unique management science.

On April 26, 2006, the 32m prefabricated box girder at the first hole of Pihe Liangchang of Hewu intercity high-speed railway of China Railway 24 Bureau Group was successfully injected.

Fuzhou-Xiamen Intercity Railway -32 m, 24 m Precast Box Girder

The Fuzhou-Xiamen intercity high-speed railway is an important part of the "eight vertical and eight horizontal" main channel coastal express railway in my country's medium and long-term railway planning, with a total length of about 275km. It is a passenger-oriented, passenger and cargo-oriented express road network trunk railway. The passenger train speed in the design section is 200 km/h, with a total planned investment of 12.42 billion yuan, which will be completed in 2009.

The sub-bid section of the Fuzhou railway station project constructed by China Railway 21st Bureau has a total length of 68.821 kilometers and a total of 5643 of post-tensioned prestressed double simply supported box girders (including 561 holes for 32-meter box girders and 3 holes for 24-meter box girders). The key control project of this bid section is Jinjiang Bridge.

On May 2, 2007, the first hole of Jinjiang Beam-making Yard of China Railway 21st Bureau was filled with 32 m box girder.

Wuhan-Guangzhou Intercity Railway -32 m Precast Box Girder Inner Form

The Changsha Girder Making Yard of Wuhan-Guangzhou Intercity Railway of China Railway No.4 Bureau covers an area of 238 mu and undertakes the girder making task of 9 bridges. A total of 33 holes of double-track box girders need to be prefabricated, of which 32m girder 305 holes 24m girder 25 holes hydraulic inner formwork adopts hydraulic shrinking integral formwork, which is assembled in 5 sections. Two 40-ton door cranes are integrally hoisted into the formwork and removed in sections.
