It is expected to start trial operation in January 2020. Track beam is mainly divided into vehicle base simply supported beam, main line simply supported beam, main line continuous rigid frame beam, each type is divided into straight beam and curve beam. Due to the superposition of different parameters such as beam length, horizontal curve, vertical curve, superelevation value and pre-camber, there are no two identical beams. The concrete of PC track beam is not allowed to be repaired and painted, and the top and side surfaces of the formed beam body are the channels for tires to travel. Unlike traditional precast beams, it is impossible to adjust a certain size through the pavement layer.
