Segmental beam: bridge segment beam prefabrication process
The construction technology of bridge segmental beam prefabrication and assembly is based on the principle that the bridge superstructure is divided into several standard segments. After the prefabrication is completed at the prefabrication site, special assembly equipment such as bridge erecting machine is used on the bridge substructure on site, and prestressed at the same time to make it an integral structure, and the bridge substructure is pushed forward and assembled span by span along the predetermined installation direction.

2018.1.9. Wuhu Rail Transit Line 1 and Line 2-Rail Beam
The first phase of Wuhu Rail Transit Line 1 and Line 2 has a total length of 46.763 kilometers and 36 stations. The system adopts a straddle monorail system with a maximum operating speed of 80 kilometers. The estimated total investment of the project is about 14.633 billion yuan. In this project, Sanbo undertook the production of curved and linear track beams respectively.
