Sanbo Company Expansion Project Held Environmental Protection Acceptance Expert Meeting
On November 9, 2017, an environmental protection acceptance meeting was held for the expansion project of Zhuozhou Sanbo Bridge Formwork Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Wuhu Rail Transit Line 1 and Line 2-Rail Beam
The first phase of Wuhu Rail Transit Line 1 and Line 2 has a total length of 46.763 kilometers and 36 stations. The system adopts a straddle monorail system with a maximum operating speed of 80 kilometers. The estimated total investment of the project is about 14.633 billion yuan. It is expected to start trial operation in January 2020. Track beam is mainly divided into vehicle base simply supported beam, main line simply supported beam, main line continuous rigid frame beam, each type is divided into straight beam and curve beam. Due to the superposition of different parameters such as beam length, horizontal curve, vertical curve, superelevation value and pre-camber, there are no two identical beams. The concrete of PC track beam is not allowed to be repaired and painted, and the top and side surfaces of the formed beam body are the channels for tires to travel. Unlike traditional precast beams, it is impossible to adjust a certain size through the pavement layer.

Kuwait-Babiyan Island Development Project-Four Stations (One to Four) 30 m T-Beam
The T-beam is professionally designed by Sanbo according to Kuwait's geographical conditions. Each set is 30 meters long and the weight of a single set is about 46 tons. It is made of full automatic and full hydraulic pressure. One set of outer formwork and four sets of bottom formwork are all composed of bolt parts, reducing the maintenance period and being easy to operate. The formwork system has been praised and affirmed by Kuwaiti experts and supervisors after being used on site.

Middle Route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project-Tanghe Inverted Siphon Project
Located in Quyang County, Hebei Province, it is a large-scale cross-building for the emergency water supply project of the Beijing-Shijiazhuang section of the middle route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project to cross the Tang River, with a total investment of 0.219 billion yuan. The Tanghe inverted siphon is 1155m long. The inverted siphon pipe adopts a three-hole reinforced concrete box structure with a height of 5.7 meters, a width of 5.5 meters and a length of 11.23 meters.

The maximum section weight of the box girder is 1500KN, the weight of the hanging basket is about 570KN, and the weight ratio of the hanging basket to the concrete weight is 0.38.

Qinghai-Tibet Railway -- Lhasa River Bridge
The Lhasa River Bridge (opened to traffic in June 2005) is a landmark project of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway. It has a total length of 928.85 meters and a span of 108 meters. The main bridge adopts a five-span continuous bridge and a middle three-span continuous steel arch combination system. The main span adopts a double-layer curved arch structure, and the extra-large special-shaped pier column formwork is 10 meters high and 3.3 meters wide. The project won the 2007 China Construction Engineering Award-Luban Award.
